Casting your belly can be a fun and creative way to engage in the physicality of pregnancy.

 

Plaster of paris strips are placed in warm water and then gently layered from your chest down to your belly. Once it dries, it is removed and kept in a safe place to completely set and dry. It can then be painted or decorated and saved as a keep sake or piece of art to hang in your home.
